Her parents were her father William F. Jacobs Jr. Lebanon. She's French German, Irish and Scottish descendance. She is of French German, Irish and Scottish descent. Her great-grandfather John Martin Magenau Jr. was the President and CEO of the Jackson Koehler Eagle Brewery in Erie Pennsylvania which had been founded in 1847. It was shut down in the year 1978. Jacobs studied acting from the age of 8 and attended Saturday classes in Pittsburgh Playhouse. Mt. Jacobs went to Lebanon High school from 2000 until 2004. She earned her bachelor's degree in the year 2004.
